1. What is one of your favorite global ministries to support and why? Who is one of your missionary heroes and why?

2. Read Matthew 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8. Why do you think Jesus wants His followers to make disciples of “all nations” and to be His witnesses “to the ends of the earth”?

3. How would you describe what’s involved in actual “evangelism”? Why is it important that we not grow content with keeping the gospel to ourselves? How do you think we can avoid becoming passive about making new disciples? (2 Corinthians 2:14-17 and John 20:21)

4. How do you think the Bible reveals that God is a missionary God? (Consider Genesis 12:1-3 with Galatians 3:7-8, and Matthew 8:11 with John 3:16)

5. How would you respond to this statement, “We need to become global Christians with a global vision, for we have a global God” (John Stott).

6. Why do you think it might be important for us to remain open to being PERSONALLY involved in global evangelism? Should every single Christ-follower consider going to the ends of the earth, or only some of us? Explain. (James 4:13-15)
