1. Where do you personally stand with regard to the confession of Christ as Messiah (Savior) and Lord of your life? How does your life need to change to better reflect that confession in your life?

2. Do you truly believe God will powerfully continue His work in and through E-Free Bemidji? Why or why not? What are your biggest concerns going forward?

3. Do you know and understand the church mission statement? How can you most effectively invest in the church ministry going forward?

4. How has the Headship of Christ been manifested, obeyed and celebrated at the church? How has it been manifested, obeyed and celebrated in your life?

5. Based upon Eph 4:16, what is your individual part in the body of Christ and what is the “proper working” of your part? How can your “proper working be enhanced? Is there specific types of equipping (Eph 4: 12) you feel you need to better fulfill your call?

6. Do you believe the church as a whole has the alertness, ability, and willingness to pursue direction from Jesus and respond by obeying in confident faith? How about you personally? Can you cite some examples in the church and in your life?

7. What evidences do you see of Jesus “walking among” E-Free Bemidji (Rev 2:1) – either to bless or to challenge? How have you seen Him active in your life recently?
